GB v Ire. Both boxers looked very good in the semis.

I believe they're one 1-1 in the head to heads. Nevin beat Campbell by something like 16-4 back at the EU championships way back in 2009 after Campbell took a massive dip in form, and was plagued by hand injuries after winning the European Championships.

Campbell beat Nevin on countback in the World Champ Semis, which finished 16-16 I believe. I thought Nevin might have just edged that fight.

very very very tactical final between the 2 I think. Nevin will win though, Campbell's lacks confidence at times.

The Brazilian beat Ogogo at the World Champs, and is very fast and skillful. Ogogo's been fighting out of his skin this Olympics though.

Cheers. I only watch ams when its olympic time so havent a clue how these guys have perforrmed prior to the games.
If Campbell goes forward i can see Nevin boxing him nicely of the back foot as long as he doesnt start running excessivley which he has done at times. When Nevin is in the frame of mind to throw counter punches his footwork looks pretty sharp. Should be a good final. Might have a look on youtube later to see if i can find the world semi final between the 2.
