      Pacquiao was worse because he actually fought DLH at 147 prior to the Cotto bout.

      Dawson called Ward out at 168 so he got what he wished.

      Now if Ward asked Dawson to fight at 166, then that would be a problem. 168 is a weight class; 145 isn't.

              And get this, PWill had already fought the same guy at 160, in fact it was Sergio's first fight at middle, it's why he dropped his sww belt. And the catchweight in the rematch was for the lineal belt not some vacant belt Cotto won vs Jennings. That's for those guys who have issues with guy cheating history, they must have a big problem with this.

                    Cotto was to be stripped if he did not fight Pacquiao. This was AFTER Manny's side specifically asked for 145
