Like Bob Arum has done with Pac, Golden Boy will protect Broner from Mayweather. Besides he's way too green and about the time he would even move up to 147 or 154 where Floyd would be fighting, Floyd would be retired IMO.

They could try and replace Mayweather with him but he will never be as good or make as much money for them as Floyd. I don't know the future but I think Floyd will only have two or three more fights at most and retire for good. I don't think he will be fighting two years from now at 37+ years old. I think Floyd would beat the hell out of him if they do fight.
