Former champion Antonio Margarito, who recently retired from boxing, is still the last man to stop Sergio Martinez inside the distance. Back in February of 2000 in Las Vegas, Margarito stopped an unbeaten Martinez in the seventh round of a welterweight fight. On September 15th, Martinez (49-2-2, 28KOs) will challenge Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (46-0-1, 32KOs) for the WBC middleweight crown at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas.

It's a fucking boxing match.

If the other guy hurts the other, there is a good chance at a stoppage.

But I do think Jr. has a chance at winning this fight.

The man beat a baby with no experience....and the ref stopped the fight, Margs didn't win by KO.

He is 3 years younger than Martinez and already retired because of his horrible defense, Martinez is fighting for like the 5th consecutive million dollar payday.

And word is Martinez is good at handling his money so yea, I wouldn't be surprised if he got more money than Margarito.

But I think he's making the ASSumption that Margarito has more money cause he's been in more PPV's.
