Hell no we won't....Brandon rios sucks and is a basic fighter. He will never be as dynamic as PAC. Hell broner is 4 years younger and is more dynamic at the age of 22 than rios will ever be

you cant use textbook skills alone in determining who wins a fight...mentality , power, speed, size, styles , chin , experience etc should all be taken into consideration..

Rios is nowhere near the level of Castillo that fought mayweather. Dude was number one at 135, i don't ever see Rios being #1 in any weight class. Dude is a basic fighter with some power, nothing more and nothing less.
