Jorge Paez is good, he was droppin those 5th ward B's on him - he was hitting Chavez with combo's all night - good fight, he remined me of his old man when he was puttin it on cats - he ****ed Kalvin Groves career, his old man was baad aass, but his so is pretty good, i was thoroughly impressed.

Sounds like Chavez has been taking excuse advice from Freddie Roach.

ist 2 thingd I think of is insufficient hydration or not enough running & leg muscles rebel...this is a fighters responsibility, IMO, not the trainers...

Leg cramps becoming an issue lately. I'm curious as to why it's been so common. Hudration sounds possible, but these guys show too much strength and stamina to make it sound like they're dehydrated. Could be diet, over training, "peds", anything. Im willing to bet theres a common denominator though so well find out someday...maybe.

Anyway, Paez already beat him the first time so its not like we're gunna take his word for it lol. I actually think Omar has potential..Paez Jr aside who seems he'd always beat him.

He went on a rant in Twitter that he thought he won the fight, that the judges robbed him. Now he is talking about leg cramps. Another kid making excuses.

Actually it isn't always dehydration. I hydrate, stretch, warm up, proper technique, n rest my legs and still every once in a while my legs start cramping. My nutrition isn't bad either. Just happens when a person is athletic I guess.
