Nobody messes with Haymons cash flow, nobody. Al's teaching this young gun a lesson, mafioso style.

Not if your employer thinks the guy can make them more money~ long run over a replacement.

          Cost benefit analysis~

We're clearly talking about boxing here, not my job.

It is any job where talent is required that is not easily replaceable. Talent has say, now even a talented person can become not worth it but still letting real talent go is never that easy~

does broner really have talent though? he has hype but talent....unknown. haymon can hype any can up to look great(at least for awhile), the only live body broner fought was ponce and he looked scared to engage. even floyd mayweather the great ducker started off his career with a decent win over hernandez. where's broner's decent win? controversial decision over featherweight ponce?

Maybe but that's why you train new people, for when it's your time to go (in a good way or bad way).

Broner's talents are very replaceable. Al Haymon has Russell Jr but we're not gonna get into this.

IMO Broner is more followed cause of his talking than talent. Bet you he got more haters than actual fans, something along the lines of Mayweather. You know?

You don't think he is talented? I didn't say he will make it or be great but he is talented and you always bet on talent.

Sometimes or most of the time they crap out but you always take that risk, if you are unwilling to take a risk on talent then you shouldn't be in the fight game~
