" damn near got him a full sentence for a misdemeanor"- 50

his defense team failed at pretty much everything, just something that was really interesting to me
Good post man. And hopefully Floyd gets out as soon as possible.

F**k that, they could've thrown a football number at Floyd. Cop to the plea do your little 3 months and keep it moving
pretty much this.......plea deal in county jail for 45-60 days is much better than leaving it in the hands of a jury

A plea is negotiable within the terms of the law, they call it plea bargaining and its in plea bargaining where you separate the good lawyers from the bad.. mayweather's lawyer failed at pretty much everything when compared to other high profile cases ( i.e. lindsay lohan)... everyone was surprise he had to do 3 months and its his lawyer to blame... he should of done no more than 2 weeks tops

trust me bro, even 50 cent call it out on twitter on how bad the lawyer was... he said floyd looked at him and said" this dont feel right", 50 than started tweeting about the lawyer

Floyd Mayweather aint Lindsey Lohan though. Show me the day a black man gets the same treatment in court as a white woman lol.

He only got a 3 month sentence. Maybe the lawyer could've worked out a better plea deal and got him less time and if the lawyer could have then they dropped the ball. But as far as avoiding a trial and taking the risk of getting actual years, the lawyer did what they were supposed to do.

No point blaming the lawyer. If you don't want to go to jail for hitting a woman, don't hit a woman.

              That would be perfect.

I'm starting to dig this fight. It's a tougher fight than people are giving it credit for. Im all for it.
It would be a good fight, Canelo would give Floyd some problems.

O.J. Simpson and Casey Anthony got the same treatment.

Does the name OJ Simpson come to mind??? lol

trust me, the lawyer is too blame which is why 50 cent got irritated because he knows what plea bargaining is....wasnt that long ago Young Buck was caught on camera stabbing someone at the Vibe Awards and was charged with attempt murder and ended up with a year on probation ( lol are you kidding me) thanks to 50's lawyers ... that my friend, is one hell of a lawyer
