It appears that the proposed March 19th matchup between Felix Trinidad and Winky Wright will not go forward. Don King said that he gave Wright a final offer of $4 million (double of the biggest purse he ever received) which was turned down. Wright was not pleased with the purse split, Wright felt that since he had the belts he should get a bigger chunk of cash. Someone should inform Mr. Wright that this bout is at the middleweight limit of 160 pounds where he is not a champion and his belts are meaningless. [details]
