so in other words scrap everything regarding this camp because someone else couldn't make the weight?

scrap being on HBO (ask any fighter and they'll tell you the same that it's a dream to be on the big network)

you do realize most TV dates are taken and he wouldn't get nearly as much exposure or $ moving off this date

nope he did the right in forcing Broner to a weight cap and getting a shot at the title Broner gave up

much like Mitchell did against Rios

I know, and you know what it's his team that's to blame his promotors, manager's, his dad, the whole entourage behind him has pumped his head full of false greatness, when the truth is that the only good fighter on his resume is 126lb. Ponce de Leon, and we all seen how that fight went.

How much money would Escobedo get if he sued Broner? Would it be more than his purse + the 10% from Broner's purse? Or less...?

the thing u have to consider is would they get an hbo date? highly unlikely. broner is the hbo fighter and escobedo fights in the 130 lb division, broner is the most well known fighter in the division. after him, no1 stands out to hbo audiences. like E said, they are at this point already. might as make it as favorable to themselves as possible and move on with the fight. and what do they have to lose. broner doesnt make their cut off and they cancel the fight, he does, and hes probably less than 100% come fight night.

                  A VERY short 126er...

Well, you can blame those people but they can't completely control this guy and what he does with his personal life.
