Im not gonna dig it up and find it but he was saying that right here in a boxingscene interview. You can ask some of the Broner fans on here, they'll confirm it for you. People will grit their teeth wanting to see him fight the tough fights but he will some how disappear , maybe a vacation , he may retire until the tough guys beat the s### out of each other then appear out of retirement to claim the throne

Broner has had some decent fights for being only 23 this year. Ponce De Leon was a good step up, in a very close fight. He fought Litzau, who was in the Top 10 at 130 and coming off beating Caballero. He was suppose to fight Ricky Burns, who was a Top SFW champ, but he vacated his title instead of fighting Broner. Broner also fought Eloy Perez, who was in the Top 10 at 130, and who people were saying could trouble Broner. Escobedo is a solid stay busy defense for Broner against a decent opponent.
There's plenty of good solid fights at 135.Comment
