I never watched Tyson vs Holyfield, the one where he bites a piece of his ear off lol, I've seen only that part, but never the whole fight itself.

To be fair I was an 8 year old when that fight happened. The Vazquez-Marquez fights were very recent and will surely go down as one of the greatest series of fights in boxing history. Where as, Holyfield-Tyson was a debacle that ended in DQ.

Hardly a major fight but; Mayweather vs. Baldomir I missed. I was moving at the time and didn't have cable. For obvious reasons I never went back and watched it. I've missed a few odd fights here and there over the last series of years, but not very many.
