After seeing Khan performance on Saturaday, I think Lucas Matthysse would be the champion of that division soon. Prescott just wants a pay day and more recognition if he beats Amir Khan in a rematch. However I think Khan beats Prescott to submission if Khan has learnt anything about his losses.

I'm all for guys avenging losses, hell I've even said on these boards that I'd like Khan to fight Prescott again, but Prescott brings 0 to the table other than he beat Khan before. And from a business standpoint, it makes zero sense for Khan to fight him.

You make it sounds like "other than he beat Khan before" means nothing. That's actually a huge thing he brings to the table. First, avenging a loss is always good. Second, khan facing his demons makes for a great storyline that that the public would want to see. There's a ton of demand for the rematch and don't pretend there isn't. (even you want to see it) And if "he's not on nearly the level of Khan", wouldn't Prescott make the perfect tuneup? Easy win, right? There is certainly more people that want to see Khan vs Prescott than whatever other bum he's going to choose in his comeback fight.
