Garcia didn't get lucky against Khan he timed that left-hook to perfection. People keep talking about Garcia not looking when he threw the punch but that is the beauty of having good timing and an opponent who falls into a rhythm making the same mistakes. He did not need to see Khan to know where his head was going to be when that right hand dropped, he more than likely practiced so much in training what to do when that situation cropped up that a mental image occurred in his head.

Khan's knockout should also be a lesson on the younger boxing fans why throwing flurries is not necessarily a good thing. I'd rather deal with a fighter who throws predictable combinations than deal with a fighter who is selective with his shots.

That being said I could see Zab Judah beating Garcia as he can be outboxed and is somewhat wide with his punches which could lead to him eating some nasty counters. I could also see Malignaggi beating Garcia.

Match ups could really be a case of styles making fights.

Well Judahs a better fighter technically and Garcia does loop shots but......

Judah is mentally shot. If you are still there after 4 rounds you can beat him. I think Danny would still be there after 4 so....

Morales beats Garcia because he is a vet and Danny sucks.

Khan is on another level and will kill Danny!

Two W's in a row while knocking down his last two opponents a total of four times and almost killing Khan in the process. Is he the best out there? No but he is good enough and does enough things well to win. Stop hating!

At that point in time Khan did not have it within him to keep Garcia modest, he was on his last leg.
