Clouds seem to have a silver lining for Derry Mathews these days. I never knew Gavin Rees had relinquised the British & EBU titles. If this is the case then surely undefeated Commonwealth champion Liam Walsh deserves a crack at the British title. -
Which ever fight Matthews takes it will be exciting as almost all his fight are. The fight over in Africa will sure be an interesting one, as would a rematch with Marsili as their 1st fight was a good one.
Even a chance to reclaim his British belt against someone like Murray or Crolla makes a good fight, so there is plenty of options.
