The odds are close because it's a good match that could go either way. Some of the guys in this thread seem dead sure that their favorite is going to win by KO. I think it's a real even fight that could go any number of ways. I am picking the younger, bigger man by late round KO after losing the early rounds. What's great is many thought this fight would never happen and now it's almost here. It should be a war.

I'm really considering dropping a grand or two on Martinez, but I wanna see how the numbers change a little later on, hope I don't regret it.

I can only see this going two ways; Martinez by KO/TKO or Chavez by (robber?) decision. A late stunning TKO for Chavez could also happen (it's boxing) but I'm not ready to believe the hype of Chavez Jr. Martinez by stoppage is the most likely outcome IMO.

I really don't see a ko/tko happening in this fight. both fighters have very good chins, I'm sure Martinez by Ko/Tko could sweetin up the purse even more...
