As I watched it, I thought it was unfolding just how I expected it too, Khan being too quick for Garcia. In the 3rd round I thought Khan looked a bit lost a few times but I still thought he would be OK in the end.
When he got dropped It happened so quickly and out of no where I was shocked for a second, then when I saw his eyes in the corner I thought he's done, Garcia is going to blast him out of there.
He got up and recovered really well considering, but he was just one clean shot away from possibly a defeat he would have struggled to come back from.

I over estimated Khan in this fight. Im not that sold on Danny Garcia, but I am now more sure that Khan needs to make some serious changes if he plans to stick around at this level.

Lets be honest. Garcia was picked to make Khan look good. Goldenboy was thinking that Garcia was tailor made for Khan. He didnt have the fastest hand speed, Didnt have the fastest foot speed, wasn't the biggest puncher, doesnt move his head much either. Khan might be in the top 5 when it comes to hand speed but he relies too much on it. He still makes an awful amount of mistakes that a 25 year old shouldn't be making. He doesn't move his head hence the reason Garcia didn't have to even look while throwing that left hook. He knew where Amirs head would be because Amir doesn't move it. Same thing with Martinez vs Williams. Martinez didnt even have to look because Paul doesnt move his head either. Also Amir jumps in way too much leaving his head straight up in the air to be countered. I told my friend from the very first round that Garcia might stop Khan because he was punching with him and he did hit him with some good solid shots from the very first round but HBO bias commentary wasn't giving him ANY credit for those punches. Only Kellerman was mentioning that Garcia hit Khan with a few good counters.

Khan doesn't have the power to make boxers respect him when they are in the ring. If he moves up to 147 he chin MAY get better and it may not. His power will be less of a factor than it is now if/when he does move up. He was overrated by a country thirsty for another boxing star. The commentators were disgusting fight night I may add. It seems like ever since the bradley-pacquiao fight they have gotten worse. Turrible.

Danny is a hype job who got lucky that Khan ran into his left hand a few times. Danny was on his way to getting KTFO......

Angel also payed off Khan's corner into not splashing water on Khan to revive him after running into the hypejob's left hand in the third.

Khan could had tried to box and it would had been the same results. Danny looked very comfortable countering Khan. In the first round you already was seeing what was going to be like the next few rounds. Danny is good in the pocket.

A rematch would be the same with Khan getting caught again in some point. When Khan is in the offensive mode he is not smart. He throws fast punches like an amateur

I just re watched the fight. Khan did very well, messed up Danny's face after 2 rounds. I felt he was getting tagged and should not go for the KO as he said though. The cut was there to be damaged further. Danny looked dejected a little.

Khan needs to learn round control. It's who is winning in the exchanges, and have I done enough to ease off. He was ahead in Rd 3 and should learn to wait, not just punch every 2 secs. That's why he got timed, he would always come in every 2 secs.

Round 4 was exciting, both landed some nice shots. Khan was wobbly as **** and chose to war it out. Dumb move.
