Martinez won't hurt Chavez Jr that bad, even if he dose win, just look at his last fights with Macklin, that guy was not busted up at all. Well anyways Chavez jr has improved and will be a very hard fight for Martinez as well because Chavez jr is going to keep smothering his ass and lets see how he likes pressure. Chavez jr has a very good chin to go along with his attack. I see Martinez running circles in that ring, if Martinez can handle Chavez body punches and constant pressure Martinez wins for sure.

It took Martinez 11 rounds to finish Macklin off, and whos Macklin, never heard of the dude. Well everybody can say what they want come fight night everybody will see that Chavez has what it takes to give Martinez a very good and exciding fight, im not saying Martinez is no good, hes a very good fighter.

It's mind boggling that people think that Jr's dehydrating, protected, beneficiary of nepotism self poses a problem for Martinez merely because of his size,lol.

It's right that Sergio is the favorite in this match. But Jr can and probably will be a challenge for him because in addition to having a big size advantage, he's actually become pretty good over the past few years, imo. He also looks to have a very solid chin which he's gonna' need. If (and granted, the issue is definitely in doubt) he can cut off the ring and force Martinez to fight close, I think he has a real chance at the upset.

As to the nepotism thing: People mad at a dude cause' he was born into the lucky ***** club? Makes no sense to me. So you get born to a family that has a nice, prestigious, lucrative business and your pops wants to hand you the keys to the thing he built at an appropriate time. So you nay "no"? Really?

Martinez never used the "F him up" part. He only said he would give him a beating and the rest it's true. Martinez and Chavez Jr haven't said a bad word except for Chavez Jr and his manager.They are making Mexicans look bad.
