Amir Khan insists he has no thoughts of retiring following his defeat to Danny Garcia and promised to come back "a lot better and a lot stronger".

Khan suffered a second successive defeat in Las Vegas this weekend after being knocked down three times by American Garcia en route to a fourth-round stoppage in their WBA and WBC light-welterweight unification fight. That's why the ****** keeps getting knocked out. He thinks he's a lot better than he actually is, he needs to shut his mouth and get on with it.

I don't think for one minute that Roach is training him to fight like he does, he thinks he can walk through everyone and has a total lack of ring smarts. He can't even clinch when he's doing the chicken dance all over the place, he just stands there throwing punches and makes sure he gets properly iced.

What Froch said is true, if he (Froch) got KO'd like that he'd be too embarrassed to keep fighting.

I think 168 is a far tougher division right now, especially with Ward and Froch at the top.
