About conditioning in mma. I've seen mma guys who go for the 5 5-minute rounds and still have gas in the tank, and I've seen guys gas by the 2nd round. I've also seen boxers who gas out too, it's all about the individual. One thing that you learn in bjj is how to make it very tough for the guy on bottom to breathe. You do this to sap their energy and to get them to panic and make a bad move, leaving them open to submissions/strikes.

      what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

to anyone out there that says the only reason y a wrestler is going to beat a boxer because of that bull crap takedown stuff i dare u to take me on plz do it. first off u would have to try to close the gap in order to get into takedown range. plus we do train in something called foot work ****** morons. so try to go for the takedown that is what a back step is used for. and as for we dont like being hugged uhmm we in vented the clinch morons!.

ANY WRESTLER LOOKING FOR A FIGHT emanil me keyanu.alvarado@yahoo.com.

A wrestler will always assume that his opponent can knock his socks off. He'll wait for the opportunity to take him down. Why would he trade punches when he knows his best chance at winning is on the ground?
