read that interview. its from october 2011.

    I'll quote keith kizer:

".......if they had done a joint-petition to the commission for additional drug testing where they’d cover the cost so we wouldn’t have any budget issues, we would have been happy to do that. We’re still happy to do that. Again, my understanding is Golden Boy, Top Rank, and Pacquiao were in agreement to do that, but Mr. Mayweather decided not to do that, and that’s his right.”

As you can see now, it was floyd who prevented it from going through. Just like it was floyd who went on his 1 year vacation in july 2010, and it was floyd who offered a flat fee in january 2012.

Where is all u Freddy Roach huggers. ALL his fighters are losing. Trainer of the years awards.lmao. He got those awards because of Manny. He only beat one live dog in all those years and that was Cotto at a catch weight. Now if/when they fight Floyd the will have to agree to all demands and take less money when they had 40million guaranteed. Smh.

I know I shouldn't but if Pac agreed to Floyd's request years ago then why did Pacquiao go and fight Clottey? This answer should be good.....

Why couldn't Manny Pacquiao just agree to do the testing with USADA if he was willing to agree to do the testing with NSAC? Is there some kind of special way the NSAC use their needles? Floyd beat Marquez and came to the table to agree to 50/50, 10MIL weight penalty over the WW limit and all he wanted was a random blood test and Pac said no and went to fight Clottey who hadn't won a fight in over a year. You guys need to stop because if Pac was so willing to take random blood tests then he would have done it with other fighters specifically Shane Mosley like Roach wanted but once Shane said, only if Pac takes one too. Roach declined/denied the request. How can any real fan of the sport be so into a pro boxing athlete who is scared of needles and giving blood because it weakens him? Only females and some lil kids talk like that. You guys are pathetic.

The racist troll will ignore you when it comes to a question that doesn't suit his agenda.

He's just an alt that is spamming the site with recycled lies. He will soon be banned like all his other alts. It's best to ignore his posts...

and who exactly is floyd to demand both random blood testing and which organization carries it out?

Pac's weight penalty was only contingent on floyd coming in overweight - all he has to do is make weight [which is expected of any boxer] and nothing extra.

Floyd's demand required pac to be more accommodating and was not a conditional demand.

Pacquiao said ok, just let the NSAC do the extra testing. Floyd outright declined, and that was the end of that.

And who is Manny Pacquiao to refuse a random blood test to make the biggest fight in boxing? Oh yeah..... he's the P4P#1 fighter in the sport (sarcasm).
