thoughts on Khan?

Anybody here who dislikes khan but now has some respect for the man for fighting on sheer will and heart? I'm not a fan but will definitely follow his career based on that alone. I mean he's got that chin but how can you not want to see a guy get hurt and have the heart to keep going like that?

he does have heart and loves the sport,can't fault him for that

but i rather not see him put in a position where he is hurt like that, he doesnt need to have to go that route, when he has a good reach, height..

if anything it's time he changes trainers, work on his defense,learn to clinch, use his jab and be a outsider fighter..His heart will be a added bonus when things do get a little tough

He is what he is. A solid amateur and an aggressive offensive fighter that leaves his chin open. I don't see him changing who he is.

So it is Heart to try and stand and **** with a guy who has way more Power then you do? that is not heart that is ***in ******, Khan should have Clinched, bought himself sometime tried to recover and get his legs back, you make the fight ugly when your hurt, you don't keep eating WILD SHOTS and standing right in front of your opponent

Guys who are always said to HAVE "HEART" in boxing I notices they always lose and they take a lot of damage not because they have Heart but because their Defense SUCKS and their Reflexes are even WORSE

I agree with this but I still think Khan should change trainers and work on his flaws. In reality I think he'll always remain basically who he is. I think his main problem is that he's easy to drag into a war and out of his gameplan, which could remain his problem even if he did go to Steward.

He's got more heart than almost anyone and he's an exciting fighter, but he fights ****** and has little defense. Not good if you don't have a chin.

I agree with you guys. The guys has faults but the heart thing earns my respect. And yes I believe he needs someone to cultivate his ring IQ not just exploit his natural ability. That is where I dislike the roach camp. Seems like all roach fighters fight the same and are taught to exploit their natural ability which is good, but, where is the ring IQ/intelligence to work those natural abilities in at appropriate times not just all over the place.

You can have heart and fight ******. Nobody is saying that Khan didn't fight a ****** fight, we're just admiring his fighting spirit. His flaws are blatantly obvious so you're just pointing out the... blatantly obvious.
