I'm sorry but Amir Khan is the biggest hype job in decades.

It is what it is. We all know how people from the UK have always hyped their fighters to the extreme but Khan has and always will be a hype job. The footwork has never progressed under Roach and the chin.........well we don't need to go deep into that.

The truth is people seem to not realize that boxing isn't all about being a great athlete. Khan is a good athlete but he isn't a great fighter and at this point in his career he will never be one, it just is something he will ever overcome. Peterson with or without PEDs would of beat him in a rematch, Garcia iced him, and without a doubt Bradley would of beat up on him too.

I picked Garcia by kayo going into this fight because Garcia is just simply better. Garcia isn't special by no means, he's wild as hell but Khan just isn't good. He's so average when you talk boxing skills its absurd and that is why he is the biggest hype job in ages. People need to stop falling into the trap of hand speed. Peace out, Amir.

You did pick the correct winner, Check.

    Props on that.

Too bad you didn't hit the sportsbook with that bet, or did you?

Garcia was being very wild and sloppy. Yet Khan couldn't even take advantage of it. It was truly an embarrassing performance.

Props to Garcia but he's not that good either, he just beat the **** out of an overrated fighter. I agree with you.

What up, Bro! No I didn't. I've been so busy that I just haven't been able to do much betting. Hell, I can't even find time to watch much boxing as of late. It would of been nice though to throw a few hundred on this one.

I'll say it again, if Khan had popped inside with a flurry of 3-4 punches then boxed on the outside, using his jab, he'd have cruised to a UD.

He knows he can't take power shots, so the decision to brawl was illogical. He paid the price for being showy rather than box-smart.

Garcia is average at everything, I don't know who he reminds me of but it's just average but I'd rather be average than be great at one thing(speed), like Khan. Khan, I don't know it's like he lacks so much ring iq. Whether it's footwork, timing the punches, or knowing when to bounce out the kid has and will never learn to be a boxer. He's lucky Maidana is just a walking statue or he would of been knocked out by him too.

That's it. His trainer (Roach) should have been drilling that into him, though.

Who's bigger? I know people want to downplay it but Khan was looked as the person not just to be p4p one of the best, but looked at to be the face of boxing. I mean this isn't your typical hype around a fighter, this blows any hype of past duds like Jeff Lacy out of the water.
