Khan's chin is not that bad. with Ariza with him he would have had better punch resistance. It is his defence that was the problem. He is too open when throwing his shots and took too many big shots. It was the accumilation of shots that led to his downfall not a poor chin.

Maidana never really caught him with a solid blind counterpunch like that either.

MM hit his loads, rocked him, but Khan stayed up. Garcia scrambled his mind.

The shot connected right at the jaw line just below his ear. The issue is his deplorable defense and even gets worse when he's hurt.

Anyone great night of boxing, can't wait for Martinez-Chavez.
This paper mache face has a better chin than Amir "King Faberge" Khan does

Faberge eggs do not deserve to have their ability to withstand physical damage compared with Amir Khan~

            Or papermache masks~

its not (really anyway) his chin. Its not great, but his recovery is non existant.

It seems to take him minutes not seconds to recover from a punch. His legs just refuse to respond. He's standing there, telling the ref he's fine, head probably clear as a whistle, but his legs dont work.

For example, just tonight, Chisora took some BOMBS and got up within 10 and was standing firm, bigger shots from a bigger puncher. Khan was still stumbling after a minutes rest between rounds

Like I said, blind shot wrecked him.
