No part of me is interested in this fight. Soto Karass has moved on from a 15-20 type of contender to gatekeeper to irrelevant. How is he going to get Maidana ready for any of the top 10-15 Welterweights? Would have rather a Thurman vs Maidana fight on the Broner bill or Marcos moving back to 140. Kind of funny but Soto Karass has campaigned a bit too between 150-154, I thought that's why Maidana's team didn't want to fight Thurman because of his prior experience above welter.
