I think the best trash talker that I've seen in recent times is Mayorga. His fights with Forrest, Spinks, DLH, Cotto. The best one was against that MMA fighter.

It is the boxer's job to never quit, to persevere. It is his corner's job to protect him and make sure he doesn't get permanently injured. Garcia's father appears to not grasp this responsibility.

Mayorga's trash talking is epic. He is very witty and outrageous. James Toney was one of the best ever at it.
