I don't see why people say Floyd was scared to fight Manny. Roach and Manny were scared to fight Mosley after Mosley destroyed Margarito. Which is the honest truth, they said they would only fight Mosley if he came down to something like 143 or something like that. Floyd took the challenge and beat him and then out of nowhere Manny wanted to fight after Floyd exposed him. We have to remember that Floyd called out Oscar when he was the underdog and not only that, he wanted to fight him at 154 where Oscar was comfortable which is giving Oscar a huge advantage. I'm sure Manny wants to fight Floyd but Arum never wanted it to happen. Ariza has been telling us this for like 2 years now. Yes this fight would have happened a long time ago if Arum wasn't Manny's promoter. We already knew this.

          A very sound post

Same thing happened with the Cotto rematch. Pac was begging for the rematch with Cotto at a CW only to duck it after Cotto rejected getting weight drained, so then Floyd took the challenge at fighting Cotto with out weight draining him and ended up beating Cotto.

I won't even say Pac is scared of Floyd. Arum is one scared to match Pac with Floyd and is the reason this fight hasn't yet been made.

Bob Arum just admitted that he protected Chavez Jr from Martinez and am sure he has done it for others and posters still come on here defending him and calling Floyd a ducker? How is this possible when the promoter (the one who is supposed to make the fights) don't want to make it happen for his own reasons?

I don't take Arum seriously. But that doesn't mean I blame him for the May/Paq stalemate. Most of the obstructions were thrown by Floyd. His latest offer of 0% PPV, which is obviously a roadblock, has nothing to do with Arum. It's very clear that Floyd will always find a way to avoid the Paq fight.

It's a two-way street on your argument where the promoter protects a fighter. But it must hurt for you that Floyd is his own promoter.
