Every day that i come to this forum im shocked at how ****** some people really are when it comes to Boxing.

Goddamn, it's ****ing sparring. Im pretty sure most of you lot cant have ever stepped foot into a Boxing gym with some of the reactions i see on this forum.

First of all, let's get this straight, this footage is of very early into Khan's camp so of course he's gonna look rusty.

Second, to the clown who said if he didn't have head gear on he would have got knocked out. Well hurr durr, he did have head gear, maybe thats why he was so confident in taking those wild shots???

It's just a average sparring war. It's happens in every single gym.

Which was the point. as I said earlier, khan was at the point in camp where they weren't half assing it. They were going through the FULL motions and implementing the plan. To see him get hit like that by a guy far inferior to Garcia, while at the stage of camp where you are putting everything together means something. Sparring only doesn't mean **** at the beginning of camp or at the very end, but in the middle of camp right before the final weight cut, everything matters.

What you see is what you get at that point, people don't seem to realize this.
