The WBC just said whoever wins between Garcia and Khan must give up the WBA belt or lose the WBC belt. They are now officially against one fighter being the holder of all the belts. They made Lopez their #4 Jr. middleweight even though he never beat a Jr. middleweight. They just do exactly as they please with no rules or thought to the good of boxing or boxers.
