They stripped 154 and 160 belts from Martinez because he could not hold a title at 154 and 160. Mayweather holds a title at 147 and 154.

Sulaiman is just as bad as Arum and Schaeffer. The guy contradicts his sanctioning bodies own rules, he routinely shows bias for Mexican fighters by rewarding them with vacant title opportunities when they're not even ranked and he's always in the media commenting on fights or trying to promote future fights. To say that their "champions" are not allowed to unify is what kind of sad state that boxing is in right now, a**holes like this dictate what goes on in the sport. Even after taking a huge lawsuit years ago this guy hasn't learned a damn thing, this clown Sulaiman is a cancer for boxing along with Arum, Schaeffer, Haymon and throw Oscar in there too.
