Is Martinez vs Chavez Jr Another Robbery-In-The-Making?

Is Martinez going to clearly win the fight but get robbed on the scorecards against Chavez Jr? It happened to Pacquiao against Bradley, Abril against Rios, Campillo vs Cloud, to name a few. Going by history, we have to seriously speculate on the legitimacy of the forthcoming judges scorecards for every impending fight.

I hope not, don't want to see another Castillo-Mayweather type robbery.

It could be in the works though, Martinez is old and a loss wont hurt him as much as it would to the young, hungry, undefeated Chavez Jr. They're still building him up to be the next PPV star, a loss to that 40 year old Argentine really hurts Top Rank's agenda.

      I really hope not.

It wouldn't surprise at all, though.

Martinez should really go for the tko, he ain't getting robbed then.

It's gonna be like Salido/Lopez 2. Martinez wins by late KO and stops the attempted robbery.

I don't even think a robbery is really necessary. So what if Chavez loses on points to Martinez. As long as he isn't thoroughly dominated his career won't suffer.

If it was a robbery, then boxing gets ANOTHER black eye. I don't think that will happen though. But the thought of pac/bradley robbery and this fight..

Twitter universe and sports websites would have a field day.
