Your Opinion on HBO's 2005 Closing Highlights.

You guys seen Winky vs Soliman right?

What you think about that 2005 fights highlights HBO made in the end? I thought it was coo. Almost made me cry, LOL! Seriously, it was beautiful.

Yeah it was cool and they sure made it look like HBO had a stellar year....they had alot of great fighters but just not great match ups so the highlights looked really good.

Yeah, it was half an HBO commercial but still well-done. Plus at least they acknowledged that there are big fights on other networks. So overall it was pretty good. Lampley can always been counted on to class up the proceedings, even if sometimes he's a bit overblown.

I like the part when they showed Pac had his hands raised (I think) and all his face was bloodied up and he was smiling big time. Damn...true warrior.

wasnt anything big in my eyes for the simple fact there were many over hyped fights(ex. Wright&Trinidad, Gatti&Mayweather), and over that 2005 recap the biggest fights on there were the Bernard&Jermaine clips. When you sit back and think about it both of those fights with B-hop and Taylor werent even exciting and mos. def. didnt have as much action as everybody had anticipated, thus being that whole recap of those 2005 fights just wasnt anything big or entertaining to me.

I think they show those old home-movie clips of Mayweather just to piss him off. He's said a million times that it bugs him that they show those but they do every time he's mentioned.

I thought it was well done myself, showed all of the (well most) of the important fights this year, along with the exciting ones. Any how heres to 2006 being the best year of this decade in boxing!
