If Garcia didn't have much power he wouldn't have dropped Morales. It's just that his punches are wide and inaccurate so he's not a good finisher. Khan stands straight up and gets caught with looping punches and he lunges in with his shots. I can see Khan getting clipped while throwing a flurry and staying down for the count. The odds are too nice to pass up.
