From what I have seen he is a good guy. What people don't realise is if he did not stand up and have a go at Khan the Team Khan Golden Boy media circus would have got out of hand and the whole thing would be about Khan. He had 2 choices be all nice and politically correct and the Khan media circus freight train would roll all over Garcia and make him look like an also ran or stop them in their tracks with the overrated, Khan is a cry baby rant. Lets face it Garcia is the champ and Khan did lose his last fight.
He was rightfully ticked off that the fight has been labled Khan Garcia when the son holds the belt. That was the pointer in showing how things were going.
I don't think his son can deliver the goods but there is no question he is 100% behind his son and has been hands on as a trainer for many years.
