Comments Thread For: Dereck Chisora Refuses to Look Beyond 7/14, David Haye

It’s as if the media is incapable of covering a heavyweight bout without asking one or both of the participants if a win will prompt them to take a run at the Klitschkos.

Dereck Chisora enters his fight with David Haye this Saturday having already faced a Klitschko. The charismatic Brit traveled to Germany this past February to face Vitali Klitschko. While he came up short in his first title bid, Chisora gave the elder Klitschko his stiffest challenge in years.

Best of luck to Chisora, my favorite fighter from Britain in a long time. I just hope he has the opportunity to work on the inside. I fear the fight will look like Haye-Ruiz though.

Chisora's made some fame for himself with his antics
he's definitely got more guts than Haye does
just don't see him winning the damn fight
no KO power, not really exceptional in other areas
he showed some defense vs Vit, but he's old and fading
Haye probably KO's him or takes a punishing decision
rooting for Chisora to kill Haye though
