I actually talked to someone from Rigondeaux's camp yesterday and they said they are negotiating a new contract with top rank because even though the contract expired they still owe them 2 fights. This person who has been extremely reliable for years regarding rigo (he was the one that has told me rigo's opponent few times before the media even knew examples cordoba, ramos vs jap winner etc ) told me that top rank is telling them that rigo has one more fight then they'll make a big fight either donaire or arce with mares in the mix as well.
