Good reply. I can picture Rigondeaux moving up to 126 to fight Donaire and others. Rigo will not have the opportunity to fight Mares/Moreno (GBP) or Donaire (moving up), Nishioka (retiring soon) at 122. Rigo would probably move up for big fights.

I think after fighting Arce in the Fall and Nishioka at 122. Donaire will move up take a tune up fight at 126 then fight Juanma Lopez and then Salido.

Billy Dib and Chris John will not leave their countries to fight Donaire so I think their out. I don't think Donaire will fight Jhonny Gonzales, Celestino Caballero and Gary Russel Jr. because their Golden Boy. Donaire will not fight Mikey Garcia because he is his trainer's brother. Not many choices for Donaire at 126.

What's more likely to happen. Would Arum match Donaire - Rigo or actually work with GBP to get Donaire a fight?

Lol He's actually taking all this bulls**t in stride, man. I think we are more angry at the situation than he is lol. He knows his style gives guys trouble and that he's a high risk-low reward fight. He's also expressed to me that he has no problem staying at 122 and "cleaning house" to prove a point to guys like Mares and Moreno moving up. "if i cant go to the big names, then the big names gonna have to come to me" type s**t, shortening the list. At this point, unfortunately ,its looking like the way it has to be.

        It really doesn't matter.

Whoever he fights will be lauded as this heroic great challenge and whoever he doesn't fight will have dozens of threads about how unworthy they are.

I call it the Pacquiao effect.

122 is the better division. But Donaire seems to want to jump weight divisions and just collect easy belts along the way. Donaire can beat Dib, Gonzalez and Salido as long as face holds up and he doesn't fight wild with his hands down like he has been.

Donaire would probably want Dib first because he's the weakest champ imo but Im not sure if Dib would take that fight outside Australia. The Salido fight is more make able than the Dib and Gonzalez fight.

This. Gonzalez is the best of the bunch. Even though he lost to nishioka he was out boxing him and dropped him, he also has said he wants the rematch. Gonzalez has the whole package now with nacho. His defense has gotten much better and he is one of the best power punchers p4p

I don't think Donaire's power will move up with him. I mean he'll always have that left hook that's devastating..... he'll have to catch somebody clean though if he wants to KO them

Nonito still has power, but he's not as strong as he was at 118, now he really has to catch clean his opponents and yet as we saw yesterday it wasn't enough to KO a guy named Mathebula.

I don't see him beating Salido nor Gonzalez. Salido may not be the best boxer, but he was in two wars against Lopez and Juanma is a hard puncher. Gonzalez has improved a lot since his defeat against Nishioka and now is a much better boxer. When he fought Nishioka he was just a puncher, but his defense is a lot better and now he's a completely different fighter.

Also both Salido and Gonzalez are hard punchers for the 126 division, Gonzalez is actually one of the harder punchers P4P, while I don't see Nonito even being a superb puncher at the 122 division.

Gonzalez looks a little uncomfortable/awkward at times, but I agree that he's the most well rounded out of all the title holders. Definitely one of the bigger punchers at 126. I like the Gonzalez that we saw against Mtagwa and Rojas.

I'm interested to see how he looks against DeLeon who's a complete spoiler with his style in September

                    Lopez's corpse. Maybe Salido.

They WILL make Chris John come to the US. Why? Cause he's done it before and Donaire can draw and he could get some good money. They might build Lopez up a little, have Donaire fight him then go for Chris John's belt. IMO all the title holders beat him except Chris John.

Actually... just thinking now, isn't Salido planning on leaving 126 cause he's struggling to make the weight? I think there's our answer as to what belt he might go for. They gonna put Donaire vs some bum ass dude (or even Lopez) for the vacant WBO belt. There's a couple of possible scenarios I suppose.
