Comments Thread For: Gzergorz Proksa Stops Kerry Hope in Eight For Revenge

Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield - Revenge was very sweet for the new (and old) European middleweight champion Grzegorz Proksa (28-1, 21 KOs) of Poland, who stopped unlikely overachiever Kerry Hope (17-4, 1 KO) in round eight of a heated rematch with a crushing right hook, four months after his upset loss to the same opponent.

I gave Hope round 6 and the rest was all Proksa. I wonder how the judges had it this time.

That's what he would have done the first time without the cut. Now it's time to move on to bigger and better things.

Proksa is a lot of style but questionable substance

Though he was a bit more disciplined at least for him but he doesn't keep distance well for a guy who uses that kinda leaky D

Proksa still needs a little more experience. Martinez wasn't as good when he was younger, but he's a lot better now after gaining more experience.

His style is a lot like Martinez's, but it's also a difficult style to master so he still has to fight some more in order to actually become one of the best.
