nah bradley was lucky that pac went easy on him...if a rematch does happen, i see pac going all out every round and not taking his foot off the pedal. pac will beat bradley by late stoppage...if an unmotivated, psychologically affected (just watched celtics lose), didn't even warm up pacquiao beat bradley..then a highly motivated pacquiao will stop bradley without a doubt.

Bradley schools Pac worst the second time around with two good ankles which explains why Manny isn't showing any interest in a rematch and why would he. No fighter would want to go into a fight they know they can't win.

When you have the reputation that Pac does and you are fighting a guy moving up in weight, who hurts his ankles and who can't really hurt you, you have to close the show, you just have to. It sucks but that is just the way it is because there are certain expectations that come with that status, that's why people watch him.

Not to say that is a reason to not give him a decision but it plays a part. Mayweather uses lots of head movement to avoid punches as well and people rave about it and call it defensive mastery. Pernell Whitaker moved so much in the ring, it was hard to keep track of him at times and he is known as one of the best defense boxers of all time.

I would not expect Tim to stand there and trade with Pac because Pac is a very strong, accurate puncher who throws very fast punches. If you want to call it surviving, I'll acquiesce but he didn't turn into a punching bag and lay on the ropes. He got away and re-established himself with the jab and won the final 4 rounds. If one wants to say he only won those rounds because Pac took a break and thought he had it in the bag, then I'll even acquiesce there as well. With that being said does that look worse for Tim or Pac saying he gave the final 4 rounds away to an injured guy that he was apparently dominating and it cost him the fight?
You are right. Pacquiao taking his foot off the gas in the late rounds was a mistake. He should have picked up the pressure instead. He needs to get his old fire and killer instinct back.

Manny not taking the rematch only shows he knows he can't win. Its no wonder Manny was prefering to a weight drained Cotto then a prime young skilled fighter. Manny made the mistake of taking on Bradley, even at 147 were Manny thought he could empose his size to the smaller Bradley, but ended up getting exposed. Manny has really no more cherry picking options. Manny gets exposed again against Marquez, and Bradley. I won't even mentioned Floyd cause Floyd is just at another level.

I think the a more valid question would be.

Does Manny have any chances against a healthy Bradley in a rematch?

Manny being silent about exerciseing his rematch clause says, no Manny doesn't think he has a chance in a rematch
