    has there EVER been a time where the heavyweight champ was not shown in the US?

    When has this EVER happened??where "THE" champion is not even show??that is crazy,and disgraceful to be honest

    I bet if an American lands a hail mary and ko's Wlad he will be shown and hyped up in America

    They used to show Klitscko's fights on HBO during the day time. What happened with that?

        I don't see any opponent, except Seth Mitchell, that would get them back on HBO before they retire. Maybe David Haye.

            And Seth Mitchell is years away from being able to compete on that level. By the time he's ready the Klits will most likely be retired.

                Sadly if Thompson was to pull off a Upset...STILL NOBODY WOULD CARE ABOUT THE HEAVYWEIGHT DIVISION IN THE US

                but a lot of American Boxing Fans are excited about Haye vs Chisora...not the Casual American Fans though

                    Idk if he'll ever be ready. But he's the only heavyweight with HBO name recognition right now.
