Who is currently the worst "World" champion...

    ...in your opinion?

Who holds a World title who is nowhere near the best in their division?

Povetkin with that ridiculous regular title is one of the first that springs to my mind.

Bailey would knock out K9 if they ever fought head to head.

Guillermo Jones is the very worst.

Beibut Shumenov, Austin Trout, Zaurbeck Baysangurov, Nathan Cleverly, Alexander Povetkin, and Cornelius Bundrage are all paper champions.

I can predict they all loosing their belts in their next fight. You wanna bet on that by the way?
IM not mentioning their skill level. They still won their belts legitimately. And Baileys punch wasn't lucky, no.such thing. I respect u as a poster so I'm sure u know better. But what makes a bad champion? To me it's not skill, it's how u win your belt and how u defend it.
