Williams + Harrison: U know they'll be rematch

They ( Frank Warren ) probably made a mint last night. The Excel was sold out and the ITV exposure probably raked in a few hundred thousand. With the fight being a split verdict i bet they'll be a rematch soon.
The question is, what would the result be in a return, say in 4 or 5 months time?
I have a feeling Williams wins again, on points but more convincingly. Harrison will avoid being KO`ed with his ***** jab he copied from Lennox. What are the predictions for a rematch?

I dunno about this one, Kimmy... when those ticket buyers spend ten rounds booing I don't know if they'd pay again.

I was amazed at the hate Audley got.

Lennox got simular receptions in the UK when he was fighting early on in his career. People hate Audley cos he moved his circus show to the US. Also, he brags too much and people tend to want him to lose ( ala Eubank ).
I was happy to see him defeated. A personality like his....Harrison might never fully recover.

I reckon Audley will learn his lesson, come back and make sure the judges dont have ANY doubt. Obviously there was doubt as it was a SD. He will come back, watch the tape, and perform better. I still think Audley boxed better than Williams last night, and to be quite honest, the result could have gone either way.

SD isnt convincing enough for me. I say Audley comes back and wins. His style and training is superior, he was just scared of being hurt by Williams.....

I agree that it could have gone either way ( although i had Williams up by two rounds ) but what makes you think Harrison would do better? If he fights like a ***** ass **** the first time around, how much better is he gonna do against a Williams who KNOWS he can win and floor the opponent? Harrison might even be stopped next time.

Its all about the confidence, who he fights between the fights (if he does at all) and how much sparring he gets in. He needs to get in the ring with people whos power matches Tyson. Danny Williams would be Teddy Bear's Picnic after that.

Oh also from the tape he will learn that he wasnt aggressive enough. Im sure people around him are telling him that now....

Its such a shame. A perfect record gone.... oh well.

I feel the same way, I had high hopes for Harrison but he let himself down, Williams is a good fighter and deserved the win last night but Harrison lost the fight as opposed to Williams winning it.

It will be a up hill battle for Audley now, if he had gone out on his sheild and lost like a man then most fans would have had respect for him, he has the skills but does not have the heart to go with them!

I agree. He needed to show more heart and determination.

After all its not a tiggling competition....

Harrison was the big guy who claimed to be world class, unfortunately, he is reduced to.....AN UMPALUMPA!

** Doesn't look like Harrison has the heart for a rematch. He'll go back to outclassing sweet patooties and finally sell out for a highly publicized bout against a hot prospect and then disappear into the mists of Neverwas.
