                                it's because his muscles are full...not depleted, full of water and glycogen, think of his body at weigh in and fight night, when he puts all the weight back on, the cellular carb and water loading increases size and volume of all muscles..yes!!! including the face muscles, the jaw muscles get worked out like other muscles too by clenching and will sort of pump like any other...its natural, his face will more than likely look skeletal at he weigh in but be almost as big as this picture by the weigh in lol
