Froch-Dirrell II? Eh im gonna need some convincing to see that again lol
Dirrell keeps learning with every fight. After the Froch fight he realized he had to try to win every round clearly and it showed against AA. Dirrell will really let his hands go against Froch if they fight again.

That's one thing that gets overlooked about Dirrell, his power. He's the only person to actually drop Abraham, and hurt Froch a couple of times, something Bute couldn't do. This is a good fight either way, and I like Adonis, but ever since he was knocked out in the 2nd round by Boone, I'm not sold. Mind you, he's been on a hot streak lately, but still. I wonder how he's going to deal with Dirrell's speed, range and footwork.
ive been saying the same thing about dirrells power for some time. when he commits hes one of the biggest punchers at 168lbs. the man has a huge frame, incredible speed, extremely underrated physical strenght and excellent punching form WHEN he decides to sit down on his punches.

i think he learned that lesson, he threw alot of bombs against abraham and was looking to take cunningham out from start to finish. stevenson isnt cunningham but you could still see dirrell had been working on his power in teh gym.

i dont hold adonis' loss to boone against him that much though. he got caught early in the fight, early in his career against a guy who is a very good puncher. boone might only know one thing but that one thing is to punch. imo stevenson is another fighter now entirely, that you cant improve your chin is a myth. strenghtening your neck, keeping your chin down, staying relaxed and being in good shape will all help you take a punch.

STILL steveson never competed at this level as a pro, thats a fact. this is a big step up for him, dirrel has been here before. hes stepping up against a very tricky fighter too, dirrell brings alot to the table that nobody can imitate at these weights. you need experience to solve those problems and thats one thing stevenson doesnt have. he does have the great equalizer though.

im going with dirrell but you cant count out stevenson considering his power.

And get shoes that limit that amount of times he falls down in a fight. His slipping is as annoying as his occasional bouts of running.

Agreed. Fight like a man, you're certainly talented enough to do so.
