I agree completely with the above statement.

Not saying Hatton is HOF but did anyone else ever put a whippin on him like Pac did?...........nope!

Next thing you know everyone else is going the distance with Pac,just when most viewers notice how large Pac's head is getting, and we're not talking ego,I mean........literally! Roach's record with roid heads is well known also.

As far Roy's legacy,he NEVER left the USA as a pro, which says something about his reluctance to be tested from day one.

How pathetic of Roy... he's now trying to explain away his glass jaw. Why shouldn't he be trying to get all the other HALF A DOZEN or so fighters since who have done the same thing TARVER DID...... if he can pin the steroid rap on all of them... i'll believe that his chin is merely untested just like it was before he met up with Tarver.

Oh waIT... THERE's another fighter that just joined that list... This has been a boxing update!

I've ALWAYS been a huge Roy Jones Jr. fan. I even own some autograph memorobilia of his. I can honestly see that he was the biggest reason that I became I die hard boxing fan in the 90s. With all of that being said, COME ON ROY. GTFOH! The man fought you tough in the first fight, when you had to drop down from heavyweight and you out hustled him in the late rounds. In the second fight he closed his eyes and landed a once in a life time perfect shot(see Martinez vs. P.Will) and got the K.O. In the last fight you only seemed interested in making it to the final bell. Nothing there seems to scream steroids. You once said that he was just a bad matchup for you stylistically and that guys like Glenn Johnson were better suited for Tarver than you. Please don't make excuses and accusations now. But hey, I know that's easy for me to say when I wasn't the one in the ring with the guy. Good win tonight Roy.

When was Pac a less than average fighter? When he was beating an ATG in Barrera, fighting 2 extremely close fighters with another legitimate ATG in Marquez? Or before that, when he was in the Philippines?

Please, trace the trajectory of his PED use for me, the one that I'm sure fits your narrative. You know, the one where he has now come off the PEDs because he has looked less than great.

Yeah, there we have it - when he's a "powerhouse", he's on PEDs. When he doesn't, he's coming off them. Wait, why has he come off them again?

FWIW, I do actually believe Pac is probably juicing too, as are most of the fighters, including Mayweather.

As for the point about power....I don't even know WTF you're on about.
smh @ the bold....I think with the EXCEPTION of Chad Dawson...EVERYONE B.Hop has fought since moving up in weight is a fighter he KNEW he could compete with/defeat...THATS REAL!!!!....since moving up he hasn't stopped noone or shown to be able to take punches like its nothing....his workrate and stamina is NOT what keeps him in the game...THATS REAL!!!

There's plenty of boxers who were popular enough not to have to go over seas to get robbed if they couldn't KO their opponent. Why leave the US when the money is here. That why foreign boxers come here.

Any way, Roy CAN talk chit about Tarver because Roy tested positive for an over the counter supplement called Androstenedione. Only the IBF banned it. Roy's opponent in that fight was using the same supplement.

"The "Andro-Project", conducted by medical researchers at East Tennessee State University, showed that the supplement "Andro"(androstenedione/androstenediol) does not increase muscle mass or strength."

Hatton was owned by Floyd, he gave Roach and Pac the blueprint to beat him. It took Floyd 10 rounds because he boxes but he knocked him out good, sometimes fighters just aren't the same after a good knockout. Pac is also very agressive so a knockout will always come sooner to him. Ricky is a known drinker and between fights balloons in weight only to have to cut it in training camp, this is not good for your body. Remember when Ricky retired after the fight, he knew he was at the end and probably didn't train as hard as normal.

Also, why would Roy leave America when he is one of the sports biggest stars, the major boxing venues are all in America, and there is more money there? And, leave to fight who? Darius ? Tested? are you talking roid test or fight test, please be more specific. If your talking fights, I mean, he did fight Bernard, James Toney, a heavyweight, and a serious threat when he came down for Tarver. If your talking roids, man, do your research Andro isn't roids.

RJ has a point. Sounds like Tarver vs Jones IV for the IBO Cruiserweight Belt should be considered.
