Cotto vs Canelo is the big one right?

The one every boxing fan is secretly hoping for, who do you feel would win if they was to fight in the next 6-7 months?

I reckon Cotto wins pretty comfortably, he's far more skilled than Alvarez, and has much more experience fighting at the highest level. Alvarez has nothing Cotto hasn't seen before.

I think it would be a tough brutal war, but in the end cottos boxing skills would carry the day and get him the decision.

It's hard to call for me. Alvarez has power and speed but he has looked mediocre in his last couple of fights. He also gasses in the later rounds...

Cotto should box the first half of the fight and let loose on Alvarez once he starts gassing...that is if Cotto doesn't gas himself.

I got Cotto on this one, experience beats youth.

I'll take Cotto by a beautifully boxed UD for the next year or even 2.

After that? I dunno'. Depends on how well MC holds up and how fast Alvarez gets bigger and better.

Would be prudent for Cotto to do it sooner rather than later if he's gonna'.

And yes this is the fight I want to see him in next.

Cotto just lost the biggest match of his career, do you really think he's gonna jump into another fat match?
