Junior middleweight prospect Samuel Vargas (11-0-1, 4KOs) will return to action at the Hand Arena at Clevedon, Somerset in the UK. This will be Vargas' first ring appearance outside of Canada. After winning his first seven pro fights by decision, he fought to a draw with Tevor Brosch last February. Since that time, Vargas added some more weight and found his power, as he stopped his last four opponents - including three TKO wins in 2012.
