foreman gets my vote for hardest HW (hardest overall) puncher

his pow was freakish. he would literally move a man around

honorable mentions go to tyson, liston, tua, lewis, and louis, whose craft was leagues beyond the others even if he could not hit as hard.
if i think any man is on the tier with foreman and shavers it's tyson. huge puncher to the body and the head. great hook. great uppercut. great right hand.

Sven Ottke!! LOL jk. Actually I believe Carlos Zarate and Rocky Marciano have the highest KO%'s in history, around 88-90% (I am assuming that is equated to punching power obviously). Vitali Klitschko is not far behind either. Aaron Pryor has a very high KO%'s as well. But to be honest, if you just go on KO%, well it is Edwin Valero who had a 100% KO%.

There is also a difference between 1 punch KO power and just being a hard puncher. Vitali has a high KO% but he doesn't do it with 1 shot. Fighters with great 1 punch KO power are SRR (of course), Julian Jackson, Mike Tyson, David Haye, George Foreman, Tommy Hearns, etc.
