Do you think Floyd can sell 750,00 ppv buys vs Clottey or 950,000 vs Bradley?

Useless effing threads. You're just antagonizing and provoking a beehive of angry flotards. Paktards need to just ignore queen floyd and everything connected. It's useless bringing them up.

Absolutely not. However, if you combine the real PPV numbers for Pac's last three opponents (Bradley, 600,000, Marquez, 900,000 and Mosley 700,000, total 2.2 million) instead of the numbers that Bob Arum claimed to have, Pac came close to selling the same amount of PPVs as Mayweather/De La Hoya. There's nothing wrong with coming in second.

and mexicans-americans recognize manny pacquiao. they know him, they buy his ppvs. canelo would not help him increase his numbers to some extreme point. thats nonsense. the bottom line is u cannot sell a million ppvs if u do not have the support or name recognition among the casual boxing fan. canelo may add a few thousand mexican-american fans sure, but definitely nowhere near a majority. id be surprised if it was above 5%

If what the fans who claim that Alvarez significantly helped the Mayweather PPV card was true, that means that Alvarez's upcoming PPV against TBA (Austin Trout, Cornelius Bundrage or some other nobody) should sell at least 500,000 since he is such a tremendous attraction among Mexican-Americans..

Yet, with all those endorsements, Pac still made $30 million less than Floyd did in the last year. Amazing!!!
