    Khan and the future.

At the moment, it would seem he pales in comparison to top fighters in technique (which is to be expected of a young fighter with four fights under his belt). But judging by his attitude towards experience and learning, his seemingly rather powerful, fast, piston-like hands and his above average reflexes, I would expect great things from the young ****** Englishman. I think experience will take his low-handed, taunting approach from him, and he will be a good, high ranked fighter. Thoughts?

Of course Amir Khan is going to be a damn good pro. The man was an olympic silver-medalist and he even beat the gold medalist in a tournament a couple months later. He's got a tremendous attitude about the sweet science & he has stated in interviews that he wants to retire by the time he's 25 and live a comfortable life.

Beating Stilianov in the olympics showed Khan's great potential. And he just didn't beat the guy, he embarassed him. The fact is, he's 17 year old and he fought the best amateurs in the world and embarassed them. He's going to be a definite force to be reckoned with in a couple of years.

Fraudley "A Farce" Harrison also won the olympics when he was 29. There's no way to tell that Khan "seems a bit like naz"...he's only had 5 fights and hasn't fought anyone of note. I'll tell you one thing, he intends to retire with a good legacy at 25 so I expect him to be an intense worker in the gym. The flaws I see in him, however, are he seems to look at the corner and/or ref when his opponent is getting dirty (welcome to the pro's!) & his footwork is a little too wide and of course his Roy Jones antics. Fix all those and he will be a force to be reckoned with!

the olympics have minimal bearing on how a boxer will do professionally.
are you telling me that khan doesnt remind you of naz?
